Compensation
| Mileage rate | Paid for all miles (empty and loaded) |
| Trip rate | Short haul minimum, paid in addition to mileage pay |
| Detention | Guaranteed minimum pay of 1 hour pay per stop |
| NY metro | Bonus paid for trips to NYC & Long Island |
| Back-haul | Bonus paid for loads with same-day pick-up and delivery |
| Referral bonus | All employees are eligible |
Additional
